Horizon is a professional recruitment & workforce management service based in Geelong, Victoria.
Starting in January 2023, we are a labour hire provider that is passionate about supplying hardworking personnel in conjunction with well-rounded staffing solutions for Australian businesses.
With over 25 years experience in Human Resource management, we are excited about networking, partnering and showcasing our skills in staff management and recruitment solutions.
Our strong desire to provide hardworking men and women with opportunities for career advancement can also benefit businesses and clients that are in dire need of reliable workforce.

Our Progress
Since starting, we have been growing at a rapid pace. We currently supply experienced meat process workers in Regional Victoria as well as a number of production, storage and distribution chains across Metro Victoria
With a weekly growing number of employees starting work with us, we are on track to reaching our recruitment goal.
We strive to create more job opportunities so we welcome businesses who are in need of a large or small workforce numbers.
