Employee Payroll Platform: As part of our payroll solution, we will sign up your business and onboard current and future employees on to the very best cloud-based HR management platform Employment Hero. Our payroll staff has spent a considerable amount of time familiarising ourselves with the ins and outs of this versatile software.
Time & Attendance: As mentioned above, we try to reply on a more tech-focused approach to recording personnel hours. We will supply a remote device such as an iPad to the worksite for employees to record daily hours (similar to a timesheet) with a “clock in, clock out” feature.
All hours are recorded with the appropriate break periods, overtime periods and corresponding allowances.
Compilation of Hours: Depending on your pay schedules (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) all recorded hours are automatically compiled along with the applicable rest and penalty periods and allowances.
Allowances & Pay Guides: Employment Hero has an extensive modern award database that can apply the correct penalty rates and allowances for all worker levels in any industry.
Tax & Superannuation Payments: When onboarding workers, we can input specific employee superannuation funds for automatic payment when a pay run is carried out.
Generate Payslips & Reports: Once payment is processed comprehensive payslips detailing expenses, deductions and/or allowances are automatically sent to each recipient email or text (with a google drive link). Pay and time sheet reports can also be generated and produced if requested.
